This substantial breakfast sandwich features Einstein Bros. Bagels' new Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel, as well as their new Smoked Beef Brisket.
The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich also contains slices of real cheddar cheese, seasoned & fried cage-free eggs and a Chipotle Aioli.
