New Brisket Birria has now landed at participating QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurants for a short time only.
This new protein option is created by slow-cooking beef for 10 hours with flavorful seasonings such as garlic and chiles. It is served warm, and shredded into small and tender pieces.
Brisket Birria is included in QDOBA’s QuesaBirria Quesadilla and QuesaBirria Burrito. It can also be added to your choice of entree as a source of protein.
