A maximum of 4 Bonus Cards can be redeemed per transaction on $100 worth of gift cards.
Your Subway bonus cards will be valid (in-restaurant only) between January 2 and March 1, 2022 for one free six inch sub each.
*Free 6 inch subs cannot be redeemed on delivery orders.
