Created to please cookie lovers, this new Baskin-Robbins flavor comes with a decadent cookie dough batter swirl and pieces of chocolate sandwich cookies. Cookie Monster features a base of sweet cream ice cream and also comes with crumbled chocolate chip cookie bits.
