This spicy and juicy protein option is crafted from premium chicken that has been bathed in a bold marinate of adobo, ground achiote, pineapple juice and morita peppers. Chipotle’s Chicken Al Pastor also contains fresh cilantro and lime juice. To ensure extra freshness and flavor, it is prepared in-restaurant several times a day in small batches.
